DELIVERY BY POSTNL

Trix La Mix ships all packages using the Dutch PostNL packaging service. All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below:

- After your order is processed, deliveries will be shipped within 1 business day. The track & trace code will be sent to your email.
- Deliveries are made 6 days a week.
- In the event you are not home on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made free of charge.
- In the event a delivery attempt has been made, and could not be complete, PostNL will leave a message in your mailbox.

Outside of NL

- Delivery information available upon request

SHIPPING COSTS

Within the Netherlands the costs of registered delivery is €4.95 on all single orders. Free shipping is included for Dutch orders over €50.

Registered delivery within Europe:

- Belgium & Germany: €9.99

PARTIAL DELIVERY

Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. This will not affect the cost of delivery; you will be charged per an order for delivery, so there will be no extra costs in the event a single order is shipped in multiple deliveries.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If a delivery is delayed you will be contacted within 3 business days.
